Refund Policy

This refund policy is a part of our Terms of Use. Please read these documents as they govern the relationship between you and us and contain legally binding obligations for both parties. The capitalized words used in this refund policy and not defined herein bear the same meaning as given to them in the Terms of Use.

Refunds

Life can be unpredictable, and sometimes it might not be the best time to start or keep up with a program like the Ferve app (the “App”) creates for you.

You can cancel your subscription at any time either in the “Manage Subscription” section in the App settings, or by contacting customer support at support@ferve.app.

Subscription refund methods differ based on the way you have subscribed to the App:

  • If you bought the App subscription through the App Store: Please follow the steps to request a refund described here.
  • If you bought the App subscription through Ferve webpage: In general, all charges for in-app purchases are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. However, we may make an exception if:
  • a refund for App subscription offering is requested within 30 days of the transaction date AND you can demonstrate your use of the App for 7 days in a row (see the details in the “Money-back Guarantee” section below); or
  • the laws applicable in your jurisdiction provide for refunds (if you are from EU/EEA, please refer to the “EU/EEA Notice” below).
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@ferve.app or through the “Manage Subscription” section of the App settings.

Non-refundable items

The following item are not applicable for refund:
  • renewable charges: make sure you cancel your subscription or renewing add-on prior to the renewal date. Any cancellation requests received after your subscription or add-on renewal will go into effect at the end of that billing cycle.
EU/EEA Notice

If you purchase a subscription, you have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days from the day you sign up for the App without giving reasons (the “Withdrawal Period”). For the avoidance of doubt, your trial period also counts into the Withdrawal Period.

To exercise this right of withdrawal, you must send a clear, written request of your decision to withdraw from this agreement to: support@ferve.app. You must send it no less than 24 hours before the end of the Withdrawal Period. You may use the below model cancellation form, but it is not mandatory.

We'll refund you using the same payment method you used to purchase the subscription. Sample withdrawal form (If you want to withdraw from the agreement, please fill out this form and send to us via email at support@ferve.app).

  • To Flaresense Technologies Ltd., support@ferve.app:
  • “I/we (*) hereby withdraw from the contract concluded by me/us (*) for the purchase of the following goods (*)/the provision of the following service (*)
  • Ordered on (*)/received on (*)
  • Name of the consumer(s)
  • Address of the consumer(s)
  • Date
(*)Delete as applicable.

U.S. Notice

If you reside in California or Connecticut and cancel the purchase at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of such purchase, we will return the payment you have made.

Money-back Guarantee

In addition to refund rights available under applicable laws, if you purchased our app directly on our websites and the money-back option was presented to you during the checkout, you are eligible to receive a refund if you did not get results with our program, provided that all of the following conditions are met:
  • you contact us within 30 days after your initial purchase and before the end of your subscription period; and
  • you have followed our program at least during 7 consecutive days within the first 30 days after the purchase (for monthly and more lengthy subscription periods);
  • you are able to demonstrate that you have followed the program pursuant to the requirements stated below in Section “How to demonstrate that you have followed the program”.
We will review your application and notify you (by email or otherwise) whether your application is approved.

To demonstrate that you have followed the program, please provide your email and the date of purchase.

Keep in Mind

Uninstalling the App doesn’t automatically cancel your subscription – you need to cancel your account.
